How to see status of In House Orders in the dashboard

  1. Click "Ordering"
  2. Click "View Restaurant/In-House Order Entries"
  3. Filter by dates that you are looking for
  4. In that table you can see the status of the order. The statuses are as follows:
    1. Ordered - Order has been placed and hasn't been prepared by the kitchen
    2. Pending Pick-Up - Order made by kitchen but has not yet been picked up
    3. Completed - Order picked up by athlete
  5. If the order is still in Pending Pick-up after the pickup window that means the athlete never picked up the order
  6. You can filter by date and then download the orders into a spreadsheet using the Download Entries Report button. You can then filter by order status in addition to being able to see what everyone ordered.
