In the instance that your Wifi is down and you are attempting to complete a transaction, write down the Student Athletes name and if possible their student ID on the receipt.  If your wifi is only down for a few minutes, you can manually run the transaction when your Wifi is connected using the ID Search Field.  This should only be done if it is the same day. Running it the following day can take a meal away from a student athlete. In the case that the athlete is no longer in store, please take a picture of the receipt and email it to service@redcardathletics.com
