What does "Empty Token" mean when an athlete can't login?
There are two scenarios when someone would get the Empty Token error.
1. If multiple Account Setup or Password Reset emails (and SMS if you use that) are sent to someone, only the most recent email is valid/has a "Valid Token".
2. After a user clicks the link and successfully sets their password, the token in the link expires. If they want to reset their password again, another email password reset email would have to be sent.
